7.5T Drivers - Barnsley
We are currently looking for C1 Licence (7.5 tonne) Home Delivery Drivers in the Barnsley area on a long term or temp to perm basis.
This is a varied position including driving, installation of white goods (full training given by company) and shop deliveries.
- Double manned work
- Delivering and installing white goods
- Up to 20 drops per day
- Monday to Saturday shifts - no Sundays!
- 0600 starts - approx. 8 to 10 hour days
- Covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas
Applicants must be of a dynamic nature and willing to go the extra mile as the position has the potential to lead to a permanent position.
- MUST hold a C1 licence,
- MUST have Digital Tachograph Card
- MUST have Driver CPC card.
- Need good customer service skills
- Need to be physically fit as some lifting is involved
Starting salary £8.00 per hour once training is completed.

LGV C (Class 2) Drivers - Sheffield
Our client is a leading name in parcel distribution based in South Sheffield and is looking for Class 2 drivers to join their rapidly expanding driving team to work both during the week and / or on weekends.
The job involves;
- Bulk deliveries of parcels to couriers and other depots.
- There are usually 6 - 12 deliveries per day
- You will be trained up and assigned a specific route (the same deliveries every day)
- 6am starts, finish between 2pm and 3pm
- You must be able to work on Saturdays (and ideally Sundays)
The pay rates are:
- £8.50 per hour Mon to Fri (rising to £9.59 after 12 weeks)
- £10.00 per hour on Saturdays
- £12.00 per hour on Sundays.
This is an ongoing temporary position with permanent contracts available for the weekend drivers if desired. Immediate starts are available.
You will have
- LGV C (Class 2 licence)
- Digital Tacho Card
- Driver CPC Card
- Newly qualified drivers would be considered for these positions as attitude and work ethic are as important as experience.

Description; We are currently looking to recruit an experienced 7.5t driver for temp-perm position working for a leading consumables distributor based in Castleford.
As a 7.5 Tonne driver, the work will involve:
- Multidrop deliveries within the Bradford and Huddersfield/Halifax area
- Non-food consumables to the hospitality and catering sectors
- Between 18-25 deliveries per shift
- Use of tail lift required
- Average working day is 7.30 to 16.30, although occasional overtime may be available
- No nights out involved
When permanent, the pay rate for the 7.5 Tonne driver is £17.000 salary plus bonuses.

- Delivering glass secured on stillages throughout the North of England

Description; Our Client is a High Street retailer, and they are looking to recruit 7.5T drivers for store deliveries.
The job involves up to 4 deliveries per day of items to stores throughout the North of England.
There are some very early starts (can be as early as 1am), but the usual hours are approx 4am to 12noon.
You will be guaranteed to work at least 4 day per week, but often up to 6 days. However, this will involve working Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays every week.
Pay rates currently are £8 per hour Mon to Fri, £9 per hour on Saturdays and £10 per hour Sundays.
You must have a C1 licence with no more than 9 point for insurance purposes, a digital tachograph card and driver CPC card, be able to work weekends and have a strong work ethic.
These are ongoing temporary positions, with the opportunity of becoming permanent after 12 weeks.
